One hundred and forty two (142) participants from partners of South-South and Triangular Cooperation (from countries, multilateral and regional organizations, and civil society organizations) met in Brussels in March 5-6 2012, to launch the Building Block (BB) on South-South and Triangular Cooperation.  This was the opportunity to have a joint discussion around key issues for the implementation of this agenda, such as the work programme, the institutional structure and the coordination mechanism that would enable this collective effort to be implemented in an effective, flexible and timely way. It was envisaged that the mechanism should operate at national, regional, inter-regional and international levels.....
